Pre-Shoot Preparation:
Pre-printed envelopes will be delivered 7-10 days prior to picture day. These are presorted by team and contain instructions for the coach or team mom informing them of the team’s picture date, time and location. SPORTS IMAGE’S phone number is included to provide answers for any questions they might have.
A date and time will be determined for pictures to be delivered and distributed. If the league desires, a SPORTS IMAGE representative will be present to hand out the team photo packages to team moms. The team mom will sign off as a record of having received them for both the league and SPORTS IMAGE. Direct mail to coaches or team moms is an option as well.
Picture delivery is made three weeks from the completion of the picture day program.
SPORTS IMAGE has state of the art “digital photography” sport specific color backdrops that can be used for inside shoots in case of bad weather.
SPORTS IMAGE will collect money on picture day. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, money order and debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard only).
