Pre-Shoot Preparation:
Pre-printed envelopes will be delivered 7-10 days prior to picture day. These are presorted by team and contain instructions for the coach or team mom informing them of the team’s picture date, time and location. SPORTS IMAGE’S phone number is included to provide answers for any questions they might have.
A date and time will be determined for pictures to be delivered and distributed. If the league desires, a SPORTS IMAGE representative will be present to hand out the team photo packages to team moms. The team mom will sign off as a record of having received them for both the league and SPORTS IMAGE. Direct mail to coaches or team moms is an option as well.
Picture Day:
Our organizational methods are such that we WILL NOT need assistance from team moms or coaches, it is a totally hands off operation for the league.
SPORTS IMAGE has the capability of taking the entire individual and team pictures in one day or over a few days, whatever scheduling bests suits your league. Each photographer will have an assistant. These assistants will coordinate all aspects on picture day, including answering parents’ questions, directing each team to their cameras, posing the individuals/teams and collecting money from each child or parent. Our staff prides itself in working well with children of all ages.
Individual and team photos take approximately fifteen minutes to complete. Staying on a strict picture daytime schedule is a priority for us in order to eliminate unnecessary waiting for all league participants.
There will also be a central table setup staffed by an individual to help coordinate the overall activity at the shoot, answer questions and handle all credit card transactions.
The shoot is staffed with the proper number of photographers and assistants in order to complete the shoot in one day, two days, whatever the league's timetable requires. SPORTS IMAGE has the capability to staff multi camera setups.
Picture delivery is made three weeks from the completion of the picture day program.
SPORTS IMAGE has state of the art “digital photography” sport specific color backdrops that can be used for inside shoots in case of bad weather.
SPORTS IMAGE will collect money on picture day. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, money order and debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard only).
